Technological innovation

It is our belief that technological progress and innovation is the source and impetus to the development of the company. Every year more than 6% of the annual sales volume has been invested in the research and improvement of technology. The new products contributed to 30% of the annual sales volume. Currently, we have obtained two national invention patents, more than 10 utility model patents, and five high-tech products in Jiangsu province. We also have 10 technicians with intermediate grade and advanced titles in the product development department and 20 sets of test equipment, covering dipping test line, coating tester, multifunctional high shear-resistant emulsion equipment and sanding machine.

Based on the principle of “independent innovation, combination of production and study, introduction, digest and absorption”, we continuously enlarge the research team and make partnership with colleges and scientific research institutes, such as East China University of Science and Technology, Nanjing University of Technology, Nanjing Fiberglass R&D Institute, Chenguang Research Institute and Zhejiang National FlurinMaterial Engineering Technical Center and so on. Since the development of Flurin materials in domestic market has a long way to go compared to international flurin material development, we have cooperated with DuPont and Dakin, which enables us to know the international trends in this industry and also introduce new technology to domestic market.

Producing equipment

“If a man wants to do his work well, he must first sharpen his tools". Advanced equipment is the key to first-class products. The equipment we are using now has reached a very advanced level worldwide. We have the German Karl Mayer high speed warping machine (at 1000m per min) and Dornier wide rapier loom (width 4.3m), which is rarely used in Asia. 

Production Equipment

In order to improve the quality and efficiency of impregnation, we have developed the first set of national PLC control, high speed (10 times more than current equipment) and precision dipping machine with Italian famous design agency and domestic top equipment manufacturer. By using this equipment, the tensile strength of the products has increased by more than 80%, and also the finishing and abrasion resistance of the products are largely improved compared to the same kind of products in domestic market. Now, we havea set of full automatic high-speed warping machine, 15 sets of Dornier rapier looms, 10 dipping production lines, 2 coating production lines and 5 PTFE architectural membrane production lines( annual productioncapacity reaches 1 million square meters).
